With the surge for Accreditation, Recognitions and Ranking by institutions/organizations, the focus on faculty publication and research start gaining importance. Discussion on publishing in UGC CARE Journals, impact factor, h-index and above all plagiarism became the hot topic for talks, presentations and panel discussion.  The invitation from St. Joseph's First Grade College, Hunsur, is one in this line. St Joseph's wanted to share my views on ' Research Productivity and Institute Intellectual Output ' yesterday (June 17, 2021). Happy to see nearly 200+ audience on Zoom.   Enjoyed the interaction with young managers of JSS Center for Management Studies (JSS CMS) Mysore during the 'Creative Workshop using Canva' today, Wednesday, June 16, 2021.  The book by Pavan Soni (2020) on 'Design your thinking' helped a lot to link 'Creativity' to the 'Designing' of Creatives for SDMIMD. But, the book published in 1975 by Prof. A. Neelameghan on 'Presentation of Ideas in Technical Writing' gave a different perspective to the holistic understanding of 'Design Thinking'. The presentation of psychology and the thinking process in Idea Plane, Verbal Plane and Notational Plane by Prof Neelameghan is amazing.
