Research Productivity and Institute Intellectual Output

With the surge for Accreditation, Recognitions and Ranking by institutions/organizations, the focus on faculty publication and research start gaining importance. Discussion on publishing in UGC CARE Journals, impact factor, h-index and above all plagiarism became the hot topic for talks, presentations and panel discussion. The invitation from St. Joseph's First Grade College, Hunsur, is one in this line. St Joseph's wanted to share my views on ' Research Productivity and Institute Intellectual Output ' yesterday (June 17, 2021). Happy to see nearly 200+ audience on Zoom.
